I had a HORRIBLE experience at Toyota Carlsbad, particularly the Collision Center. Had to do a lot of convincing and proving to get them to do a warranty repair. On top of that, the tech's logged about 100 miles and burned a half a tank of gas. Do that math and we can be fairly confident they were joy riding in my car. I've got a front plate relocation kit and they ran my car through their auto-washer, which mangled the plate frame. They also did not initially give me a rental which is covered for warranty work. Will not return. Heard Escondido is better, though have as yet to take it back in for maintenance.

Went a week or two ago to the thousand oaks dealership at subaru for just an oil change, went smoothly, took 2 hours though because the mechanics were on their lunch break I suppose, didn't make an appointment or anything so I was fine with it, I just chilled. Got recommended to come by a friend.

I can't speak highly enough about John Hine Temecula Subaru. I went there and Phil and Marvin took care of me. I used to work for Subaru and I have never seen a dealership do a better job of assisting a customer. I could not be happier that I took the trip. My car feels great, and they fixed all my issues in a timely matter while keeping me updated the entire time. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Longo Toyota is a good place to go if you have a modded twin as they are used to it and don't mind.

This, they always compliment my car and fight over who gets to drive it. Haha.

Hello everybody!
I'm looking to modify my BRZ lightly, mostly exterior modifications (Suspension, Wheels, Tailights. etc.) I'm also planning on installing an intake. I have already installed a Greddy exhaust system and I love it! however, I wanna know a safe dealership that is mod friendly. I prefer the dealership to be a little closer to the Valley but even if it's not tell me! Thank you in advanced!
-John
