High Mileage 86's?

Hey everyone!

Been on this forum for a bit, but honestly never get time to post. I'd love to hear some feedback from 86 owners with higher mileage. I'm currently sitting at 108,000 on my '13 BRZ. (Yes, I know I drive a lot) I've yet to have any major issues with the car. Anyone else creeping up on 100k or over 100k?

108k miles and only 19 posts? You're slacking.

Obviously too much time driving and not enough posting.

It sure is. I drive about 110 miles a day for work. The car has been on a few road trips as well.

I'm gonna merge this with the other high mileage thread, @pf330ci.

over 80K here

I'm over 80K with mine. I got it in June 2014 with 13K miles, So if I had had it that whole time I'd be right there with you or maybe even ahead of you...

Only problem I've had driving it hard all the time is the ignition coils going out.. I've got to replace one again and two eventually..

I stopped by to see if this thread was interesting, and it is. No surprise that the guys who are posting here drive 2013 MY, as they have been on the road longest. My 2014 started life in January 2015, and I bought it 10 months later at 6700 miles. After eight more months I have run up another 9000 miles and I can't figure how!

At 15700, it's had its second service, a restoration of the front end (heavy pick-up truck with a foot-long trailer hitch), about a dozen small interior and exterior aesthetic mods, and a glass-coat finish. He gives me an average 35 mpg, has not one rattle or squeak, and is still immaculate. I'm looking forward to many thousands of joyful miles ahead!

Here's wishing that all of you experience the same.

100xxxkm, 2013 model I got with 29xxx on it, had it for 1 year and 8 months. no issues whatsoever, still on the original clutch, and brakes too actually which have survived 3 track days, and many many spirited back road cruises (they're coming up for replacement though...)
