Now thats completely different to what we where arguing... we are arguing drm and the check ins... he said that you needed to check in every 1 hour to keep playing offline... having to play a game from the cloud does require internet connection but does not require drm as the user doesnt have the content in his xbox... but again... a completely different argument

That's not what I was saying at all. Was saying you would be required to be connected to the internet continuously to be able to use. Otherwise you'd be limited to one hour of play, or more realistically, restricted from using it entirely.

But again, it's meaningless to argue vague policies that were never fully explained, and even more meaningless since they are no longer available. :happy0180:

Besides, we know you wouldn't have bought one anyway, and probably still won't buy one now. So it's more or less irrelevant.

I think they just got rid of the 24 hour check in. The hourly check ins will still be required for playing games on a secondary console. In order to play digital games from anywhere, this policy HAS to be in place.

So IGN awarded 4 different achievements for TitanFall, including: Best Shooter, Best Xbox One Game, Best PC Game, Best Overall Game. And PS4 users will not be able to play it. Hmmm, that should get Xbox One orders up. Thanks Respawn for making an awesome game so far!!

Respawn is basically made up of the people at Infinity Ward that made CoD4:MW and MW2. I am extremely looking forward to Titanfall.

Sadly, money talks. They probably scuffed off most of the fanboy criticisms, but once they saw pre order numbers 5:1 in favor of PS4 they had to do something. I wish they stuck as well. But oh well.

i just hate i will have to share psn with the crybabies.... i might just cancel my paid in full preorders for both systems and go buy either a gtx titan or a Radeon7990 for my pc to replace my flashed 6950s

So who's actually looking forward to the new games? Instead of telling other people how wrong their buying choices are?

I've already got CoD: Ghosts and Forza 5 reserved. I'll be picking up Titalfall when that launches. Depending on how much time I get to play the CoD and FM5, I'd love to pick up Watch Dogs too, but considering the time I've spent in CoD and Forza games, it's a pretty easy choice for day one purchases. My girlfriend would probably like Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Might pick that up too. Dead Rising looks great, and I absolutely loved the others on 360, but I only have so much time to actually play games these days, and I gotta prioritize. :P

My roommate will be picking up a PS4 but I have no idea what titles. The only one I would really be interested is the new Oddworld game (big fan of the old PS1 titles) and possibly Killzone. But if the controls are as loose and laggy as KZ2 and 3 were.... I don't know how much I would actually play it. She'll probably get DC Universe Online as a big DC fan (me, a Marvel fan, another butting-heads topic ), and she'll definitely want to get Watch Dogs and inFamous.

Will be good times in my place this holiday season. :happy0180:

Just like Halo got Xbox purchases up. Since Titanfall is exclusive to Xbox One instead of PS4, it will get purchases towards the Xbox One.
