no, it's not. minivans are fast these days, and my sister's kia sedona definitely pulled me hard on the highway playing around. not much driver skill involved in a highway pull.

it's not a fast car, by any standard.

I'm not sure which shop you spoke with but most of the sc kits and some of the turbo kits start making the power on the low end. The AVO kit with stock everything starts making it boost at 2800 rpm. I've seen the SC kits make the boost down low also. Go to the meet look and ask questions. If you drive normal you may even get better gas mileage
