How to lift?

So i just took a look under my FR-S and noticed there rally isn't a place to lift it. I plan on doing my oil change soon and i dont plan to use jacks. Can anyone give me advice on how to lift the FR-S on one of these bad boys:

I'm doing it at my school and this is the closest thing i could find to it. Any help would be great!

Look for grooves like in step 4 on the pinch weld of the vehicle. Recommended that the hoists arms are padded with some sort of soft material (vulcanized rubber works good...ex. hockey puck) so it does not crush and bend the pinch welds.

So just toss a hockey puck under all 4 arms and lift the car?

Yup...worked for me every time. Lift it up a meter off the ground; make sure the vehicle is leveled; lightly rock one end of the vehicle to check if it's stable before lifting it all the way up.
