I really like the staggered look but my brz will be used on track quite a lot so its definititely function > form for me.

Any peeps got some guidance in this area? Thanks

Work offers the CR Kiwami in +38 for both semi concave and deep concave.

It's on their website:

however the bolt pattern is custom. but I suspect with the popularity of the twins it will be stardard

Could you tune the chassis to re-balance the car after adding wider rear tires? Using a combination of springs/dampers, sway bars and aggressive alignment settings you probably could, but that would involve a whole lot of work just to fix something that was intentionally 'broken' in the name of aesthetics.

If you have an abundance of power to break the rears loose and need wide rubber to contain them that's one thing but there's a reason that the hardcore track S2K and Miata guys tend to favour square setups.

Having said that, nobody's proven things one way or another through actual testing on these cars yet.

Just my 2c.

Wasn't staggered a bad choice to do, unless you sacrifice handling?

Legit question

18x9.5 +38 all around are easier fits in the front. The only concern are the wheels hitting the coil over system.

Thus some people go with 18x9.5 +30, which stick out 8mm more than the 38mm but has much more clearance for coil over system.
