I've been using the on dash since I got the car, for me it seems pretty close. Every time the empty light comes on I reset b and about 70ish km I fill up. Every fill up I still have about 4 liters left.

I've upgraded to Fuel Log Pro since I keep track of more than 2 cars.

If you want a ridiculously accurate measurement of your fuel tank, get the Torque Pro app and use this PID provided here on this forum. It's been acurate down to 1/10th of a gallon for me on every single fill-up since I've been using it. For example, when Torque Pro tells me I have 1.6 gallons left in my tank, I'll fillup with almost exactly 11.6 gallons (13.2 gal capacity)

Another good app is "car maintenance reminder" It tracks mileage for multiple cars as well as all regular maintenance, set reminders for maintenance, tire rotations, plugs, oil ,air filter changes, etc. Been using it for a few years now. Also lets you export the database and/or saves it on the network so when you change phones you don't lose it all.

Just thought I'd do an update for those interested. Logged nearly 10k miles now (will actually roll over 10k sometime today).

70 city/30 hwy. City is usually long lights that mostly are all green. So even though the city is more like hwy cruising at ~50. I even have my cruise turned on in the city.

I'll probably hoon around once a week. But I've even tested out 1 full tank and conservatively drove (shifting before or on shift point indicator) and still got the same MPG.

I usually fill up every ~9 days.

So the next question is, what is your shift indicator set at? Is it at the stock level?

I'm reffering to the OEM indicator (the arrow that points up when you're around 2.5k rpm and tells you to shift up.

Ah, I gotcha. I pretty much drive the same way, and I'm still getting just over 30 mpg. You may want to try changing your driving habits and see what has a positive effect

I'm seeing that ~27.21mpg average with moderate hoonage throughout the tank, and shifting around 4-5k when I'm not hooning / normal driving, in 70hwy/30city. Then again I never use anything other than 93octane, if that makes any difference (I know some people are only able to get ahold of 91octane)
