Black on Black AVO BRZ
We got one of the first BRZ's in Japan at the beginning of the week - sadly had to spend most of the week working on other projects (the UP Garage/Droo-P D1 drift car and our widebody GDB STI). Finally got into it a bit this weekend, fitted coilovers and Works wheels in matte black. It's the fully stripped out bare-bones BRZ, less than 2600lbs!
We (and it) should be both at the first round of D1 Drift in Odaiba and the Hypermeet at Tsukuba Circuit over these next two weekends. Regards, Paul Hansen www.avoturboworld.com www.facebook.com/BRZSportsCarClub |

don't think it's dropped yet. the wheels fill in a lot of that dead cat space though.

That *is* after the drop! It could probably do with a bit more, but I'm thinking it just needs to settle a bit. Black on black wasn't our first choice, we are waiting on Works to send titanium wheels, which was the original plan. I've a feeling they just didn't have them ready yet, so sent us matte black for now.

I'm rethinking my color choice; matte black/black looks REALLY good!

Wait <2600lbs??
Did you guys remove the stuff in the trunk and was the gas tank full? I know RA model loses audio/AC, and that's probably north of 50 pounds together, but <2600 is more than 160 pounds below the Premium curb weight! |

Maybe an OEM chrome side grille accessory would break up the monotony. Or get one then color match it to the gunmetal Works you'll be getting.

Looks pretty incredible! Still looks good black on black. Take pics once the titanium wheels come in.
