install and dyno tune could cost a lot more depends on what is the hour rate and amount of time spend. assuming it is $120 per hour, you are estimate this car will put together and tuned in 25 hours.

I think this is part of the dilemma... The majority of car guys can probably be put in 2 categories. 1 guy tries to do everything himself and leaves stuff above his head, like tuning, to a pro. The other guy likes cars and has the money so just pays a shop to do most of his work.

A full built car appeals to neither of these groups. That leaves a small market, and as we know demand dictates price. You may have spent 50k having a car professionally built for you, but that doesn't make it worth that.

Hell, look at new car depreciation. Oh you bought a new car "professionally built by Porsche". Good luck trying to sell it with 1,000 miles for close to what you paid new.

Even if this were a legit sale at a good price, all of the typos in the description would've scared me off.

Nice car, but tell me why I wouldn't just buy an E92 M3?

I think the car worth about 30-35k as it sit. Anything below that people would buy just to part out.
