Come to think of it, I could probably get one from a salvage car. It should just bolt on, right?

No no no you MUST get the JDM one for $1000 plus shipping or you are just wasting your time.

It's an enthusiasts car, if you don't know shit about cars it's not for you.

If wanting more educated drivers makes me a ****, call me King Richard. I think it's bullshit you can operate a motor vehicle in the states and know very little about them.

No reason motor vehicle deaths are so high, we're surrounded by retards with their heads in the sand.

WOW!

Nothing like stirring an old pot of poop.

I disagree with your first point. IMHO, the FRS/BRZ is an easy car to drive for anyone with a drivers license. It's small, nimble, adequately powered, has good safety features, is stable and simply to maintain.

On your second point, I somewhat agree. Yes, I have always felt that new drivers should be required to take a drivers course that teaches them how to react in emergency situations. "Knowing" a vehicle is simple enough for average driving ...... if one reads and understands the owners manual.

On your third point, I agree IF you are talking about impaired and or distracted drivers.

Any more comments ??........I'm off to nap time .....

It is a car. Just a car. One that enthusiasts like but still just a car.

I think we like to THINK it's solely an enthusiasts car...personally, I think it's a decent looking, relatively cheap car made by a company that has a phenomenal reputation.
Which is why I see 5x more old people (usually older women) driving these.
Enthusiasts are simply the ones modifying and racing them.
