Is that a shadow or is there a crack in the head of the bolt were it meets the flange?

Just double checked and it is just a shadow.

That's the auto-tensioner working. Totally normal. It's actually the factory tensioner, and you'd see the same behavior on a stock car.

The pulley I was talking about with the wobble is the idler pully after the tensioner in the direction of the belt. Sorry for the weird angle I was trying to get it to show the pully face as flat as possible.

I see the wobble. That's not normal; replace it.

Drove 1000 miles this weekend from DC to Charleston, SC and back. The supercharger performed great. Averaged over 31 mpg with mostly highway driving, for those of you interested in that sort of thing.

I'm looking at the following items:

JRSC C38 SuperCharger Kit
JR Oil Cooler Kit (JRSC version)
Radium Dual Oil Catch Can Kit
DW300c Fuel pump
ID1000cc Injectors

Anyone see anything wrong with this setup? Am I missing anything other then a EcuTek license and tune (still researching and debating).

I picked up the following items gently used:
ACT-XTSS clutch kit
EcuTek cable and dongle
Delicious Tuning Flex Fuel kit

Pretty sure you dont need the injectors or pump

Crap, I forgot to mention that I picked up a gently used DT Flex Fuel kit to run E85 (which is why I would need the injectors and fuel pump)...

I dont think you need injectors or a pump to run e85 unless your going high boost pulley which it is suggested to build the motor if you have the c38 but i could be wrong

FWIW...
I was recommended DW700CC injectors and DW300C pump with C30 and FF kit.

I will be running full exhaust setup. Will be seeing about 320whp.

1000cc seems like overkill but I guess depends on your hp target....

Hmm, I spoke with a few people who stated that if I was going to run E85 I would need to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors. I am not planning on going with the high boost pulley until later once I build up the engine down the road.
