Works stage 2 install help

I'm trying to bolt the oil drain tube to the turbo and the exhaust flange is so close I can't get the bolt in the hole. Any suggestions?

Does the bolt fit when the flange isnt there? If so then don't tighten the other bolt down before the difficult one is in place. Especially don't connect it at the top if you can.

Loosen the bolts on the turbo housing on both the intake and exhaust housings and rotate the center section to get the bolt in an easier location

No. Even if the oil drain flange is removed it still doesn't fit.

So you are either using the wrong bolts for those holes or the dimensions are off by the manufacturer. Your options are to reconsider how to make it fit or contact the manufacturer.

You may need to post more pics for others to help see what is wrong. Or you can get a smaller bolt.

On second look, have you tried rotating the turbo housing?

Hmm. I'll give this a shot. Seems like they would have just provided shorter bolts. Or at least mentioned this in the directions.

This worked perfectly! Aside from the E clip holding the waste gate rod shooting across the garage and taking 30 minutes to find.
