Nice parts list and the car looks awesome! How do you like the springs?

Stickers, toys, and interior covers are not my thing though. And there would be an angry thread up here if someone bumps into those becauseracecar hooks.

what suspension do you plan on-perhaps some touring coilovers?
Thanks. Supercharger is in mind partially depending on if one can prove to be reliable like factory without needing follow-up upgrades/tinkering. I haven’t raced it; I was just going for the BRZ GT300-inspired look with the black wheels/white letters. I may go lower in the future if I were to ever care more about stance but for now I'm pretty happy with the functionality of my STi springs.

Thanks for recognizing the stickers. I tried to place them in a way that isn’t overbearing. Great thing is they aren’t permanent… I’ve had more stickers on than what you see, taken many off, and cycle new ones on. This car was built in the spirit of fun and that’s exactly what I’m having. If having fun means looking slightly tacky then so be it. I try to avoid looking too vanilla/generic by finding ways to add visual flavor.

That hanging toy this is the plush Onitsuka Tiger made by Tokidoki. There are some connections it has with the twins that are obscure and perhaps nerdy. For one, Tokidoki has partnered with Capcom on Street Fighter products. The Street Fighter Edition FR-S was borne from the partnership between Capcom and Scion/Five Axis. Also, Onitsuka Tiger is a line of Asics shoes which is the company that makes these official Toyota 86 driving shoes:

Thanks a lot! The springs are great… they’re perfectly matched to the stock struts with the 15mm lowered height recommended by TRD and STI and I do feel the difference in lowness from the cockpit compared to stock. They firmly suspend when I go fast over swooping dips in the road without bouncy rebound yet aren’t jarring for daily use. I’ve had cars lowered more than this but this time wanted to afford myself freedom from potentially destroying the front/side/rear skirts… this moderate drop is the ticket.

You're welcome! I like what you've done so far, so keep it up. Originality is always a winner in my book.

That's pretty cool, maybe I'll look into something like that. And if not him, maybe a raven, just because.

Something like $430 from what I remember and I'm not sure how to import them. I'd just go for other special edition Asics/Onitsuka Tiger shoes that cost a fraction of that and look way better.
