Personally I would steer away from flexible headers as I believe it is a potential fail point. When you bolt your header on its not going to move its solid and stationary to the engine. Why would you need a flex point if thats the case????? I dont know everything but thats my 2 cents anyway.......
You have to remember though, that you're bolting this to an aluminum motor, which will expand & contract as it heat cycles. Being an opposed layout instead of a Vee or inline setup, the exhaust ports will move away from each other more than the other configurations. Is it enough to fatigue the metal of the header? Don't know, but it WILL move.

I understand heat expansion but it would have to be less than a .010 of a inch probably less than.001 in reality if it did some crazy expansion that it would take to damage anything the motor would leak oil and coolant like a siv. Head gaskets would blow everytime it got hot and the bearings would fall out so I cant see that being a factor. Im not trying to be disrespectful or take a jab at you Im just putting my opinion out there

After reading your post about 10 times I realized your talking about the header ports moving not the engines that I can buy into to some degree..

According to their site, that is the spike collector. They also give the option of a parallel merge collector.

Hell ya, that's how you know your making REAL power bro. All the fast hondas sound just like that. Fast.

Just pokin' at ya. I love the sound of a tuned equal length, but I've been cultured into that sort of sound by being around a lot of fast cars. Some sound nicer than others, but it comes down to the exhaust system installed as much as the header design.
