I don't believe the dyno graph has changed more than the variance that would have existed within the original batch. In the engineering world, everything varies, the question is if the variation is relevant.
I don't think so, other mods after the headers should affect the graph much more than a few weld seams ever can...
I'm honestly surprised that the people on here are so caught up on replacing a weld with a bend. I'm with you on betting my lunch money that the variations due to the tolerances per the drawing are likely to have more of an affect than a weld. People state harmonics and flow like they have even the faintest idea what that entails.

Once I have time to get it on a dyno, I'll be sure to provide you all with the graphs.
Dude, I don't know what you're smoking but if you look back just a couple pages, you will see my dyno graph of the NEW header design. I'll make it easy for you and post it right here.

The bottom torque line is my baseline run without a tune. You can CLEARLY see that it eliminates almost all of the torque dip. There was a very small drop from 4300 - 5000 rpm but I couldn't feel it when I was driving.

Stop whining and enjoy the high quality product @FT-86 SpeedFactory has provided.

Here's a dyno of my setup

A couple of factors came into play here, compared to my last dyno. There was a depression today, so weather could have been a big factor, and I now have the latest ECU update from the dealer, so tunning could be slightly different from last time.

Here's the old sheet

Both on 91 octane... Dip was slightly improved, not a lot, but it's something... Peak, only gained 1WHP, but my AFR very rich now compared to my last dyno.

I see a large difference in the dip, it's basically gone! But the new graph is low. Indeed weather will influence and when I got the latest OE engine software my car felt sluggish and down on power for almost two weeks. Should improve with time and better conditions...

I updated mine 2 weeks ago... thinking of reseting it by disconnecting the battery, see if it does anything... I never did reset the ECU after flashing it.

Is resetting the ecu between flashing usually recommended ?

I think I've flashes about 5 times so far

tunes, I don't think so, but stock ecu has to learn the car first.

After a reflash or a remap, before starting the car but with ignition on, one can fully press and release the accelerator pedal 10-20 times. Then start without touching the pedal and let idle a few minutes. This should calibrate the (electronic) accelerator and make learning quicker.

Looked up your build Luis_GT, looks like you have many engine mods already (full exhaust and intake and blocks) to which the OE ecu couldn't possibly adapt to properly and take advantage of, sounds to me it's time for a tune...
