Somewhere around 145-160HP. I need to get more stock cars on there!

A few comparisons:
A friend took his E85 innovate car to this dyno and did 240WHP, did 263WHP on a dynojet
KW & JRSC make 250-265WHP on this dyno (91 octane)
The last JDL turbo car I had on there put down 280WHP on 91 octane (pretty decent IMO).

The dyno typically reads 8-12% lower than a dynojet. So basically the numbers above are pretty damn good. @Ninjin's car always seemed to perform a tad above others but I have also retuned it a number of times and it has been dialed in pretty well.

Honestly I have been wondering about the TRD intake helping or not. The duct seemed to have possibly helped up top, mid seemed around the same if not maybe a hair less. However @Ninjin said it felt more responsive which was more important to him. It did add some turbulence at around half throttle that I had to work around but other than that it really wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

I have driven the car a number of times on the street before but we never did any E85 dynos until recently, before dynoing on E85 I have to say his car really pulls. It really feels on par with an innovate on 91 even before dialing in the E85.

I have same JDL uel then Miltek header to back box with E85.
I also have Crawford BPB.
Do you think I can expect similar number?
May be a bit more in 5000-6500 rpm area and a bit less after that due to crawford BPB.
I cant say exactly where you will line up. @Ninjin's car seems to put down more than the average car, but also has had more time on the dyno than probably any car I've ever put on the dyno. The BPB will give you a slight bump in the mid range but it will fall off on the top end right around where the peak efficiency of the JDL header is. So it really depends on the driving style. I think the BPB might match a tad better with the JDL EL header as it does really well in the torque dip.

My girlfriend has a JDL UEL header, OP, FP, and BPB and it is up ~27%HP gain on 91 octane over her stock plot (all within similar weather conditions even) though her top end does fall off quite a bit. I tend to shift around 7k as it feels like it falls off a lot. But the mid range is great on hers!

Extremely excited for my UEL headers to come in. I initially wasn't going to get it coated, but I'm glad I decided to get the Titanium coating. Hopefully in the next two weeks I'll have my headers! JDL, I can't thank you enough for the customer service that you guys have provided. I can't wait to do more business with you guys in the future!

would this equal length header fit the hks supercharger kit? Since kraftwerks is somewhat similar I am a bit concerned before I finalize my order. Thanks

Does the HKS kit have a flywheel extension? That part is too close on the kraftwerks kit.

I'll gladly offer my car to throw it on to get some clips. Considering buying one and I, too, want to hear it.

I've got the UEL, OP and Frontpipe now.

Last year Dave came by with his JDL equipped car and we were disappointed we couldn't run the cam timings we wanted due to the crappy stock exhaust that was in there. This year he came back, this time with a proper full exhaust. Here's the stock vs tuned + JDL header w/2.5" exhaust. Still very quiet, but this is exactly what we're used to seeing with this header. EL or not, that collector design and primary size are damn near optimal. 93 octane. 5000 rpm point at the same HP as before so you know it isn't shifted higher. Lower if anything. Flattest torque curve of any header we tested, and still makes great power up top.

What are the specifics of the exhaust?

I'm into single tip exhaust but the exhaust tip of the jdl turned me off from a potential buy.
