Dudes, Talk me out of these cars....
Well time time has come for me to find a car to haul around more than 2 people.
As for the BRZ I plan to keep it around unless i get a good trade/deal which is pretty much a joke around here. Anywho, talk me out of these cars. Hyundai Genesis coupe/sedan '13-'16 Infinity G37/G40 '14-'15 Infinity Q50 '14+. Chevy Camaro '14+ BMW 335 coupe/sedan '13+ Audi S4/S5 V6 versions '14+ Dodge Charger '15+ Subaru Forester non or XT version '14+ And some V6 SUV awd, don't really care for thoese but I don't know jack about suvs. Budget low to mid $20's. I welcome any other car I didn't mention, no mustangs please. As for trannies, I like them Asian or Black, petite, fake tits and with a bob cut....er... I mean auto for sedans manual for coupes. Guess auto for suvs Guess that's about it. I'll let you people do your thing.

I have a friend with a Q50S. He loves it. Bagged it, Vossen wheels, and some other nice mods. My previous GM had a Q50S as well. Loved it as well, but traded it in for a Q60.

What is the purpose of this car, other than being able to fit more people?

My brother has an S5. Very nice car. Not something you want to try and pick up under 30k.
No on coupes if you really want a comfortable car for 3 or 4. Genesis coupe is alright and ok value if you must have a coupe. Cross shopped with FRS back in the day. Sedan is a completely different car by my understanding. Recommend the Forrester (or any Subaru) if you keep yours. There is something to be said about sticking with the same manufacturer. Ecus behave similarly, reduces the quirky bits you need to learn, similar look and feel, etc. |

Forgot about those, then I remember it's meh. But eh might be worth another go round on the newer models.
Actually I don't smoke or vape. The only thing about the newer XT is they all have CVT trannies. My only experience with that was on a legacy or impressa rental way back in '13. Didn't car for the drone or pick up and go. Quote:
I still got my MR2 but that's more of a track set up also it's not uhm how you say "smog legal"

Why would you consider a Camaro? FR-S has just as much interior room and back seat space plus is way better when it comes to actually being able to actually see out of...
For a sedan, get a newer Camry... honestly. Nice ride with BIG interior space front and rear. Or go upscale with an older Lexus. A different crazy/fun option would be a Nissan Juke NISMO RS if you are not adverse to turbos in tiny motors. Its a 2900lbs little CUV that handles well - handles like a race-bred hot hatch. More fun than a miata...and more powerful than the FRS, especially the torque. Plus 6- speed manual and torsen differential. The Recaro race seats in front might be a bit much for the parents getting in/out though, but once in they are COMFY! (I have same Recaro seat in my FR-S...) Rear seats are roomy and easy enough to get in/out of though.

Take your parents car shopping and have them get in and out. Sedan or small SUV would be my guess at best car they can best get in and out of. My 80 yo mom gets in and out of her Forunner best. Camero, smh. |
