Afr Bung Placement for Gauge
I am looking to run a wideband AFR gauge but im not exactly sure where i should weld the bung, i have a borla uel header, invidia overpipe and front pipe. i will be retaining both my existing sensors. Any help/pics are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Holley claims the best place for wideband sensors is as close to 18"from the collector as possible. Obviously that's not where the stock front one is, so I'd say anywhere in the header rearward of the stock front o2

After the merge collector if you want to see the combined AFR from all cylinders.

i was thinking of this but there is really no room on the header itself with the rear 02 taking up most of the space. would the front of the front pipe be a good option? i haven't been under to see if it would have clearance yet.

As long as you don't have a gasket leak between the output flange on the header and the input flange on the front pipe I think on the front pipe before any cats would also work. You may need to orient the bung so that when the sensor is installed that you don't have a space conflict between the installed sensor and the firewall when the front pipe is bolted up.
