Your goals are different to mine so I can't really offer you any advice other than "start reading". There are pages and pages of opinions on his website. Also recommend finding someone at a/the dealership who can give you an honest opinion of what bolt ons will or will not void your warranty. I have never cared for warranty either so, again, I'm no help to you.
Before i bought the car i went to three toyota/scion dealerships and picked each of there brains for warranty coverage and they all said very similar statements. Catback exhaust is fine (Headers, down pipe, eliminating or changing CAT would affect warranty if traced back), wheels/tires are fine, coil overs affect warranty for all related components (Bushings, ball joints ect.), any modifications to the aspiration of the motor defiantly voids engine related warranty, Intakes are fine, Electrical modifications such HID's or fog lights ect. could affect warranty if traced back.

That being said my car is two days old and im getting quite a lot of condensation inside my headlights and the dealership is trying to tell me that its supposed to be like that :$ so much for warranty lol!

Condensation is a huge issue with these cars (lot's of forum topics on it).
Mine had this problem and took it in to have them "blow out" the taillight with compressed air to dry it, then re-sealed the taillight. It worked, but then it came back again. I am waiting until after it warms up to take it back in, and will not take "no" for an answer....they are fixing the problem and that's that! I noticed you said headlights which seems like a new problem than most, but condensation is NOT normal in ANY type of light assembly. Don't let them get away with it. You pay for a warranty...bumper to bumper.

Condensation is definitely a warranty and don't let the dealer try and screw you over. Though headlights isn't very common, it was mostly tail light condensation

I know this looks like a mid life crisis but I'm 52. You may also notice that car enthusiasts, which make up a big portion of FR-S/BRZ/GT86 owners don't fit neatly into a specific demographic. Here is the biggest age survey done on these forums.

23 here, but I feel like an old man.

I barely see any of the younger crowd driving BRZs, mostly older 30-50 year olds and all the young kids in FRSs.

24 here. Was stoked to see insurance fall to 1250 a year when I reinsured it after winter. Too bad she'll be gone to a new home soon.

I've been running a header from Rev Works since early Jan. No complaints, no CEL. It also sounds like a racecar when the muffler is unbolted, you know for those track racing kind of days.
