Car weighs right at 2750 with me and a full tank of gas. So imagine an awd brz with and extra 100hp.

Subaru timing belts are the easiest I've ever done. I done several of them in car with no problems and its a pretty quick job too. Try changing one on a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4, GSX or Evo.....that sucks.

I have done timing belt for 3000GT VR-4 and I was ready to kill myself... it's equally suck as NEON SRT-4

LOL I can tell you are a new guy to Subaru. It is indeed a boxer engine. Should be able to tell from the pics if you can see them.
