FR-S Rear Logo Panel Part Name/Number?

Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone knows the name or part model number of the small panel on the trunk above the rear license plate.

As some of you know, when the rear Scion logo is de-badged, there are two small drilled holes revealed behind it. Most people who have de-badged their rear Scion logo have replaced it with a Toyota badge, or repainted it.

I would like to do what is shown in the attached picture. I would like a seamless finish on the small panel above the license plate WITHOUT holes showing!

If anyone at all has any information on any procedures to create/modify a seamless finish on this rear trunk piece, please do not hesitate to share!

Thank you ladies and gents, I appreciate it.

Is that the only way you know of? Or is it the easiest/least costly?
Thanks.

That is the only way to fill the holes left by the emblem.

Yup, only body work. Anything else will NOT be seamless. You might be able to get away with some kind of plug, but it will look really bad.

One thing you MIGHT be able to get away with (depending on the color of the car) would be a vinyl wrap of that piece, but it'd be really difficult to match the color and/or shine that you get with a clear coated paint job, and the dimples from the holes might still show through.

DIY: Shaving The Rear Garnish Emblem

I believe that for the FR-S would be an easier job compared to the one in the DIY since you wouldn't have to worry about covering the oval with bondo which brought many problems to a lot tC owners; after a few months the oval was noticeable again.

Or you could try and contact Meng Motorsports (a vendor in this forum), who sells the badgeless garnish for the tC (unpainted and painted) if there is a lot of interest, they might start selling a badgeless "trunk garnish" (?) for the FR-S.

Seems like CarsmoDesign might be another option, unless it's wrapped in vinyl and they just added the letters but I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask them.
