hattrickey's Asphalt Build
Well, I have some time to kill, so I figure I should start a build thread. I picked the car up in June of last year after my Celica started experiencing transmission issues. Loved that car, but it was time to move on. I picked the FR-S up in June 13.
August 14 Update: Installed the FT86 catted header and paired it with an E85 tune. Dyno results are below. June 14 Update: Tom's taillights, Toyota badges, FR-S debadge, sharkfin antenna, BRZ fender inserts and 86 center caps added. The day I brought her home: First mods were clear Helix side markers, clear bra, and 20% tint: I was lucky enough to grab one of the last remaining Perrin front pipes. I also added the Perrin inlet tube at this time as well. How she looked after a clay bar, polish, and wax: I added Rally Armour mud flaps and the Perrin 2.5" resonated cat back exhaust: I got tired of the two tone scheme on the stock rims, so I plasti-dipped them aluminum metallic. I like them a lot better this way and the contrast it gives to the paint is great. Next mods will be the Perrin over pipe and the FT86 UEL catted header. The overpipe is sitting in my garage and the header will be here by the mid-end of May. I might be picking up some Eibach Pro springs as well.

I installed the FT86 Speed Factory catted header a couple weekends ago and I love it. I decided to pair that with an E85 tune. Dyno results are below:
The car is so much more fun to drive. I'm done modding for this year, but I will be saving up for wheels and tires for next spring/summer

Those are nice numbers...
What you did with the wheels is also an improvement...how long is the dip supposed to last? |

Thanks! I think the dip will last for quite a while. I dipped them 4 or 5 months ago and it is still going strong. No flakes or chips.
