Just click the alarm it comes one and turns off no biggy and I think it's beautiful personally very subtle

Edit: kinda funny the paint of the car shifts from platinum silver almost white and goes into a blue color as well...just like the badge

Spotted by accident the other night. Looks like only the "IO" part of SCION glows faintly since it's not powered like FiRStsc10n said.

Hey M/T pilots, I discovered another feature that is OFF by default on our cars, ON by default on the A/T's. It's a gear indicator and fuel economy upshift light in the upper right of the odometer segment.

From p. 176-177 of the Owner's Manual (of course), START button either OFF or ACCY, not ON, push the ODO/TRIP button until G-off shows then hold button in until G-on appears and you're done.

The selected gear will appear when the clutch pedal is fully released. The fuel economy upshift arrow will flash three times at the sweet spot, around 2K-2.5Krpm and won't light again in that gear so it's no-nag.

No downshift arrow like the A/T's and no neutral indicator but that's why it's called a manual.

This is prolly posted elsewhere on the forum but was newsworthy enough for me to mention.

I've been bad too. I have my light set to 4k. But I've gone over a few times. Couldn't resist. But I'm at 600 miles now and still no "crickets". I was wandering if any other 10 series owners have noticed anything.

And I agree. Makes it stand out. I was worried it would look dicey, and I think it would if were added to any car but because its factory I think it flows well with the car.

Yep, crickets ~200 mile mark. Loud enough to hear in the cabin with windows up while stopped. Not obsessing yet and no trouble codes so will let it ride for awhile before calling the dealer. Running Chevron Supreme 92 w/10% ethanol FWIW.
