Selling an AZ car to someone in CA
I live in CA and will be trying to sell my sister's Civic that has an AZ title. Looking on the AZ title it looks like the seller needs to have the title notarized. Can this be done without filling in the actual mileage? Because She's going back to AZ tomorrow and leaving the car here, and who knows how many miles I'll put on exactly.
Will both parties need to be present for notarization? |
