Put a 500 dollar deposit down about 2 months ago over the phone, was put on a wait list. Emailed last week to ask when the first ones were coming in so I could see them in person. Emailed me while they were still being unloaded off of the truck with a cell phone pic of them being unloaded...Quite cool of him.

Worked out all the details via email, loan approved via email and everything. I have crappy credit but great income and Jamie and Mike (finance) worked something out with their bank and got my a great APR. All via EMAIL! Which is awesome since i work all day and have no car at the moment. Pick up my BRZ on Thursday.

Highly recommend this Dealer, they are slated for 35 total this year.
Jamie just emailed me saying that my brz just got off the truck. I'll be coming to pick it up pretty soon. So far, hes been very helpful.

Is there anything to know or keep in mind when picking up my brz?

ME - Auburn - Evergreen Subaru - Sales

Sales: Candice Lamontagne & Doug Weisz
Service: N/A
Story: These guys were absolutely phenomenal when it came to me getting the BRZ all the way to Texas. They were the only dealership in the country that had what I wanted, when I wanted it. We flew into Maine and they picked us up from the airport 40 minutes away. They really do make you feel like family and very much warrant my business. And when I buy another Subaru in 5-8 years, I will most definitely fly back up there again. Very good about keeping in touch. Even the follow ups after my car have been friendly. I look forward to hearing from them at random times. The best customer services experience I have had with any company, anywhere.

There's one on the lot now under MSRP @ $24,999. I bought mine there, first in the area, under msrp without even asking.

MD - Owings Mills --- Heritage Subaru ----- both

no mark up on BRZ pricing, fair and honest from begging to end. I was the first cel repair there and the tech is fantastic. Will buy from there again.

State: MI
Town: Ferndale
Dealer: Hodges Subaru
Sales: Chuck
Service: Jeff
Story: Extremely efficient and really take care of their customers. We had a few issues with our Tribeca and because it was in the shop for a while, they paid one of my BRZ car payments as a thank you. Paid $500 UNDER MSRP for brz. Service techs great. Did some repairs on my BRZ suspension and couldnt have been happier

Story: Awesome guy, has his own WRX STi and is a member of NASOIC, the first time I walked into the dealership he greeted me immediately. Very friendly, knows just as much about the BRZ as I do and was very excited about the car. Made sure no one else drove it after it came off the truck, not even to move it around the parking lot. Made sure not to mount the front plate without me even having to ask him. Didn't get angry at me for the weekly phone calls about the car and let me know the second it came off the truck. Great guy, will probably be hanging out with him at car meets in the area soon.
I know you do your own work on your car so maybe it isn't a concern but just in case, DO NOT take your car to CitySide for servicing. They have the worst service department I have ever dealt with or heard about anyone dealing with at any dealer outside of internet anecdotes (which I realize this is).

We took my wife's Legacy there and not only did they damage the car, destroy her satellite radio, and charge a shit ton for their crappy work, but they gave it back to us with serious safety problems. After fucking around with CitySide for about a month we took it somewhere else and they found all the other problems (major brake problems, control arms about to fail, missing engine mounts, etc). You're better off driving your car into a river to try to fix a problem than you are taking it to CitySide's service department.

State: WA
Town: Shoreline
Dealer: Carter Subaru
Sales: Joe Spitz
Service: N/A
Story: I worked with Joe when pre-ordering mine back in March of 2012. He's totally straight forward and was honest/up-front about all details. When it came time to buy and pick up the car, he was very helpful. He checked back a week or so later to make sure things were still going well. He was super helpful, and I've heard other great things about him from other Subaru owners.

WA, Carter Subaru. Sales guy Rob Wheeler - tops in my book. This is my second Subaru. Wife bought a 2011 Outback. I started my BRZ hunt in February 2013. Rob told me Carter NEVER charges above list price for any of its cars. We went back and forth for a while, and earlier this month (May) I took delivery of my black Limited. Because the car came with options I didn't want - rear diffuser and loaded rear view mirror, Rob DISCOUNTED the list price $750. No hassles and true to his word.
