What's new?
I thought this was a neat pic, took it April 1st. Red car young guy, what's new? But look at who's driving by in the oncoming side. Probably thinking to himself "Good thing I bought it in black".

Its not the color. Its your driving. Stop driving aggressively and you wont be attrafting unwanted attention.

The OPP from the US to Quebec borders always sit under overpasses. They have for the 45 years I have been driving. It isn't a new tactic and is probably the most predictable thing they do. Always slow down when approaching overpasses on Ontario highways.

128 in a 100, I'm not arguing or anything I deserved it. But yeah I'm used to the OPP sitting under overpasses I know I know, I always slow down. I had slowed down for this one too but this guy (he was SQ btw I was going to Montreal) was sitting on the dirt mound on the other side, like beside the guardrail on the bridge overhead, it that makes sense. First speeding ticket in 3 years tho, it was kind of foolish of me not seeing him but tbh I thought he wasn't going to pull me over, I was just cruising in the right lane having a coffee, and I was going to plead not guilty because I was going with the flow of traffic but he showed me his dashcam footage when I called and there were no other cars on the road LOL. Lesson learned. |

Oh if SQ they wouldn't show any mercy at all to an Ontario plated car. Odds are an OPP would have knocked it down to 119 in a 100 to give you a break. Mind you on the the sections of the 401 I travel if you did 128 they wouldn't even notice unless you were weaving through traffic. Hell, if you do 100 you would probably get a ticket for impeding the flow of traffic! Pleading not guilty because that was the speed of traffic wouldn't work anyway (especially in a PQ court) since the law says 100 not 100 or whatever everybody else is doing.
