Squeeking coming from rear after tire change
Hey guys not sure if this is a big issue but wanted to see if anyone had this issue arise or if I'm just being over paranoid as usual.
I just changed over my winter to my stock summers. Lifted from the rear diff and front frame as in the manual. Torqued to spec and all that fancy stuff. But now when I get in the car or the car goes back and forth there's squeeking coming from the rear. I'm not sure where it's coming from. I also notice that my breaks are really firm getting into the car, then soften up as I start the car. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk |

The firm brakes is normal. When the car is not running the power assist is not working so they are firm. You probably just never noticed before.

I may have misunderstood what you meant by "squeak" is it a rotational sort of sound? Not suspension flexing? If rotational then check your lug nut torque.

when you stop after a good drive (highway for 30 mins) check each rear wheel for extra heat. You may have a stuck e brake or caliper. Esp. up north after the winter and all that salt.

So not rotational then. Probably just got some crap on the suspension when it drooped while jacked up. Would think it will clear it's self but if persists just get it checked. May need some lube.
