It's the next Mustang.

You think so? It is a bit of a commitment to a lifestyle change for most people to own a frs/brz ... or else it is your second car. Then again I have never been in/driven a mustang so I don't know how it compares in terms of being a good everyday car.

There are days I see 3-4 the same day and then there are long dry spells. It's been almost a week since I've seen one on the roads (I'm not counting the one I see daily because it belongs to my co-worker).

Who parked/parks at the Fairfield Mall? White FRS with Toyota badges. You have an FT86club sticker. Nice wheels!

If I wasn't so old I would post an image. Do I seriously have to upload the photo to a website first, then post the URL?

The mustang is only slightly more spacious at best, in terms of practicality I see zero difference between the muscle cars and the 86. They all have decent space up front, tiny back seats and trunks that are mediocre at best with fold down space. As I see it, it's the mustang for people who don't like the look of the muscle cars, don't like the mpg of muscle cars, and don't want to think about reliability by buying Japanese.

Also the Mustang feels like a truck.

Ummm. I've driven a 5.0 with TP and it's big car, but it does not feel like a truck!!!

Agree to disagree :happy0180:

Drove the V6 track pack (should have been more nimble than the GT, no?) back to back with an FRS and it was no contest, Mustang felt like the F150 I grew up driving.

To each their own, it puts down great numbers, but I wouldn't feel too good driving it, hell maybe I was in a dud or the salesman lied about the track pack, in any case, no contest vs. the FRS.
