Torque Pro does have a gauge for engine oil temperature. I know this because I use it and have the gauge set up on my screen. You don't need a sandwich adapter to get a reading that is already there.

What about oil pressure? I assume there's already a sensor for that.

There is not. You have to use an aftermarket sensor and gauge for oil pressure. Apparently the designers didn't think oil pressure was important in this car.

There is, however, a port already tapped for an oil pressure transducer right on top of the block so that you don't have to use a sandwich plate.
