Seat raisers

Hey,

I'm from AUD so our seats are opposite with this in mind follow along.

So I was wanting get a base of the USD drivers seat and attach it to my passenger seat so that it can be raised up with the mechanism.

Reason I'd need a USD one cause my drivers one will be on the wrong side for the passenger seat.

Also this will allow the seat to be locked forward when you access the rear seat.

Would anyone know if this achievable? If its achievable know the part numbers I might need to order?

Im looking to get this from you ? I can go see if I can find that part # , but I would be interested in getting the AUD part # and cost. Maybe we can trade ?? I want it just to allow my passenger the same adjustment.

probably have better luck getting an frs frame shipped to you from someone who replaced seats or out of a wrecked car then putting your cushions on, plenty of people selling them, with very few buying.

new oem seat parts are typically ridiculous expensive compared to used.

Sad thing is I don't know where to start to look for the part number.

Yeah I'd be keen for this.

Also @utekineir I have not been able to see anyone selling just the frame they are all interested in selling the whole seat... Which I could not afford.

Actually more reasonable than I was expecting, and by that I mean equal to a single used frs seat.

I always hated it when car manufacturers neglect to put identical seat controls on both passenger and driver seats. I don't mind too terribly on this car though, since I keep the driver seat at the lowest position anyway, which matches up to the passenger. Some other cars, however, have some really terrible sight lines from the passenger side due to the non-raising seat and poor visibility.

Good idea on overcoming this with getting an opposite market driver seat!

So you think if I ordered just the whole part of 7. I'll need a leather one to go with the AUD seats..

I should go alright?
