Model year: 2017
Trim e.g. Premium, Limited, Series Yellow: Limited
Type of Purchase (ToP)(Lease, Finance, traded-in): Finance
Color: Red
Upgrades/Options e.g. Performance Package: Performance Package, PP #2
Price Paid (before TTL): 25,993
Dealership/Geographical Area: Troncalli Subaru/Cumming, GA

Got 4500 off MSRP, no haggling required. Used the 500 dollar loyalty coupon, plus they were advertising 4k off MSRP end of year clearance sale on their website. Called up and put a deposit down immediately. They even gave me a great interest rate(2.49/60 months), plus kelley blue book value for my trade. No high pressure sales tactics at all. Nicest dealership ever!

Nice deal! I bought my new 2013 BRZ limited at the same place. $3k off mine which was a fantastic price at that time. Just a few months before they were going for a List Price+. They also met my trade in request for 2009 GTI. I forgot about the $500 loyalty bucks. Interest rate 1.8%. Payed it off early when we got wifey's car.

So Ive been haggling with a dealer for awhile for a 2017 BRZ PP. Is $27,600 OTD decent? Im in MD with 6% tax. I asked for a quote on a 2018 Premium and its actually more expensive at $27,900. I guess they really want to get rid of 2017 inventory.

I thought performance package can only be had with 6MT model no? I just bought the 2017 version of your car with almost identical MSRP. I paid $26,250 before tax and fees. I’m in Southern California. Not great but not horrible either IMO.

I don't think his car has the performance package, it's just given as the example in the form the op posted.

This is correct. I cannot have the performance package due to the fact that i am getting it in automatic. With that said the price difference between automatic and manual is all of 50 dollars off of what it cost to add the PP to the manual car.

So if you match options and come in close to what I got you are doing pretty good. I took 11 dealers and threw them into a ring hunger games style. I ended up taking the second place dealer though as i liked their customer service.

Neither. I was going to pull the trigger but a week before I decided to look at 86 base prices. They were lower than 2017 BRZ permiums, and I realized a couple things. One, I did not want all the extras that came with the limited, and somehow after looking at 86, I preferred the front to that of the BRZ. Kinda weird how I changed my mind so quickly.

I'm in MD. I got a 2017 Limited PP/Brembos for $26.4 before tax/tags, although that includes $500 discount a pretty lady gave me at an auto show, but you can probably find them pretty easily. (I put about $6,500 down, not that it really should make much difference.)

Went through several dealers. I was able to negotiate lower prices in California of $400 less in SoCal, but by the time I flew out to get the car and drive it back, the difference was much less. I did find a used 2017 Limited manual in silver with just 3,000 miles and was able to get the price down to 24k.
