I hate people that find things to hate about this car. That and for some reason jumping spiders seem to like to hang out on my car. There is a jumping spider that is always there on the roof when I go out to the car. He must bail when I leave, or he's got lots of friends.

I don't particularly hate it, but I wish the shifter was just a tad closer to the driver. I like to sit pretty far away from the dash, and the shifter is kind of a tad stretch to get into 5th. Moving it back a good 3-5 inches would be perfect.

And the cupholders are in the worst spot ever.

What the hell? You hate they didn't design the interior for people who sit too far away from the dash? Good lord

Kind of a weird interpretation of my comment, but yes, I'm about average height, and I feel I have to be pretty compressed to really enjoy the shifter position. Maybe it's more of a personal preference, but the thread asks what I hate most, and that's it. I'd greatly love for the shifter to sit 3-5 inches farther back.

Your car must be white. Yup, my swp brz is a magnet for bugs.

Lol then move the seat forward. I sit all the way back I'm 6 foot 3 and can easily reach the shifter. If the shifter is a stretch then the steering wheel is a stretch.

I hate the fact that I want to wash it the whole time: "Oh no. there's leaves on it - prep the buckets".
It can't ever be clean enough.

Driven 20k+ miles so far. 3 days ago my rear deck started popping.

Not a new thing to hate. But a new thing that I hate about mine

I have a Works Bell standard hub and a Nardi deep corn, the steering wheel isn't a stretch. haha.

I can reach it fine, I'd just prefer the shifter to be farther back, then I can move back even farther by adding a quick release to my steering wheel.

This has happened twice since Friday: each of the two times, a person I don't know has asked me why I didn't buy the Subaru BRZ. Each of them told me I should have because it is all wheel drive and has a turbo. Even a friend of mine on Saturday in a completely unrelated incident said "If I bought one of those, I'd get the BRZ since it is all wheel drive!" I don't really hate that, but people are sure disappointed when they learn that Subaru makes a car without AWD. I still love my car, it is brilliant to drive!

I hate how easily the plastics are scuffed.

I reached for something in the backseat and my watch scuffed the centre console rear that goes beteen the rear seats. Permanent 2 inch scratch. Also a friend scuffed the black part of the door sill with his sneaker and there's now a permanent 3 inch scratch there. Really cheap plastics. But can't really complain too much. Get what you paid for.
