How would this compare in performance/price to the AP racing competition kit from Essex?

Wow, so much better than the last guys that tried to sell brakes here.

Is there any provision for brake ducting?

Are there dust shields on the pistons?

What material are the pistons made of?

And what pad size are used?

Forgot to ask, will the 2Pce rotor be a floating setup or fixed?

I noticed that the disc sizes for both your front and rear kits are the same size as the STI brembo. Curious to know if the Endless caliper will fit on any other DBA/Girodisc/Stock STI rotors?

We found that in practise, this system also had too much rear bias to suit our application. This was actually improved by removing the rear brembo brakes and replacing them back to OEM, which did improve the bias, but it was still too rearward.
Excuse my noobness, but I thought that fitting full F&R STI Brembo's on this car would shift bias forward instead of rearward? My understanding was that this was due to the Brembo rear pistons being smaller than the OEM caliper pistons...hence offering less rear bias than what the stock caliper had.

Can you get info on the piston surface areas?

We may be interested in the rear setup, particularly since it retains the OEM hand brakes.

Mike, FWIW if the piston sizes are same as the WRX (in the case of 6-piston fronts), you guys can take mine and measure. I haven't done anything with my rebuilt Endless BBKs yet.
