2015 86/BRZ vs 2015 Eclipse
Anyone post this before ?
Eclipse from 2000 - 2014 looks so ugly to me. This concept looks way better and does look like the ones in the late 90's. However, I still prefer a 86/BRZ more. What do you guys think? http://www.carscoops.com/2013/12/201...oncept-is.html http://newcar82.blogspot.ca/2013/12/...ipse-2015.html |

Thanks for that sir! I for one wish Mitsubishi would return to building performance cars.... The 3000gt was my favorite car and the EVO and eclipse gsx were amazing as well... This concept looks unique and aggressive so do the RA...to bad the cancelled that as well

Mitsubishi has certainly made huge leaps in improving the looks of the Eclipse. So ugly the past few years. I still like the FRS/BRZ. Worth looking at the specs and price though

I drove a 2003 Eclipse GTS. Wasn't as nice as the older Eclipse's, but it definitely wasn't as ugly at the previous body style! The 2015 Eclipse looks decent, but it doesn't grab my attention like a BRZ/FR-S.

The car is a rendering and a design study. This is not a real car, nor does the existence of this rendering "prove" that Mitsubishi readying a FRS / BRZ fighter. In fact, your second link removed all watermarks from the original designer and shamelessly posted these pictures to their site in an attempt to increase page views.

I can concur with the "Evo sucks" Argument, at least some of them. Had a GS-T Spyder. Sold it when it developed crank walk (because of course it did, because Mitsu has the quality control of a soviet tank factory). Any 4G63 owner will understand.
Or to put it another way: You know what the quicker track-day car will be? The one that starts!
