It is probably ready but we want to make sure we get all levels ironed out and put it through the proper testing. We're going to keep jumping things up. Stage 1 coming soon which will add injectors and more boost.

Maybe I've missed this information somewhere along the line, but does the car that you've been completing the track testing with still has its stock engine?

Yes, it is a 100% bolt-on kit with no engine modifications.

Correct, the motor is in this car is completely stock. Previously we had it on a Vortech supercharger kit with FMIC, 12 psi pulley and running 91 octane. I had it tuned to around 255 whp if I recall correctly. Never had any issues on that setup (besides the common belt shredding) with multiple track events. We will keep pushing and testing but from our findings so far and the findings of others, these engines do quite well with boost with the right supporting mods and proper tuning.

Very happy to hear it. Surpring, indeed. Despite the street mile evidence that is accruing, it's most assuring to know that they stand up to the stresses experienced only on a track.

The car has 30K miles on the motor and not really any of them are very nice miles. It saw N/A track duty in 2013, then 2014 was all vortech boost track use, and now turbo in 2015. Lots of abuse on that motor and she still keeps going.

91 Octane
DW 65C Fuel Pump
EcuTek Tuning
8PSI Wastegate only

( again adding boost control will get you much higher )
287WHP and 250WTQ

We beat the piss out of it on track last weekend at Road Atlanta zero issues.

What else is done for supporting mods for track use? Obviously the oil cooler, but anything else (besides suspension, brakes)?

That's really it for cooling.
