I know you guys are waiting for info and numbers. We just got back and it's been a long day of testing. We have to make a few phone calls before releasing information, sorry. What I can say is we showed improvements and stock exhaust sucks for turbos, for testing we keeper as much stock as posible so the information would be as true as posible.

Updates are coming. We just finished speaking with the company and we will be posting information today. Just need time to finish the write up attach dyno sheets. We may start a new thread regrading the topic. We will also post here because we have been testing the kit on 91 with stock exhaust.

Stock exhaust on the turbo....eeek. Will you have before and after dyno data? Before cams/porting and after cams/porting so we can see the difference the cams/porting made?

Yes we will. Running the stock exhaust was part of the agreement during the testing so we could show as much real information. We will be posting base kit, then both a 91 and E85 tunes. Now that we have the freedom to change the exhaust we can get the EBC working and we will see even bigger gains!

Thank you for bearing with us as we compile the information

Possibly a dumb question but how complicated would it be to relocate the MAF sensor so that it is after the BOV? Is this something that is impossible with the kit setup the way it is? Am I thinking backwards and should be asking if I can put the BOV before the MAF?

Weld a maf flange in the charge pipe prior to the throttle body, as far away from bends as you can. Make a new intake to delete the oem maf location, then re-tune

^^ what this guy said. If you need a weld on MAF flange let me know. I have a bag of them.

The AVO upper charge pipe is similar to the FBM kits so look at there placement of the MAF flange. Its kinda hard to see in some pics but they mounted the flange on the under side of the pipe right in front of the alternator pulley.

For the factory MAF location just pick up a block off plate. The flange is the same as the +08 STI so there are plenty of block offs out there.

Stage 3 testing on the AVO Turboworld Japan BRZ

To this end, we spent a considerable amount of time and testing on our fuel pump upgrade, as the car was already starting to reach the limits of the pump at 300whp, and we were planning to go much further than that. After much time and effort, we have now got a full bolt in, no fitment compromise fuel pump that does not require any re-wiring or dremelling. It clips right in to the assembly, and doesn't require you to have the fuel filter mashed up against the bottom of the pump housing. The standard wiring harness will clip right into it as well, and it doesn't require additional O-rings to seal up.

Matched up with that is our upgraded Port Injectors. These were also designed to fit to the BRZ/FR-S, with the longer "neck" on it so that they reach down into the intake system and spray properly, unlike some other "short" designs that merely let the gas puddle down. Put these together with the fuel pump, and we now had the fueling to push the engine further.

We are still undergoing testing, but expect to see this available soon from AVO!
Curious on the sizing of the injectors/pump, and if it could easily handle the high power numbers with E85.
Definitely interested in the stage 3 kit, depending on the cost. Loved the mount location of this kit, but wasn't sure with the seeming low headroom of the kit.
P-tuning was the next best option, but the kit was a little expensive, although the components/turbo are higher end.

Do you have any expected release date/cost?
