New rims cut my 0-60 a lot more than expected

I drive a 2013 FRS AT and I just installed my new Rays Gram Light 57xtreme 17x9 rims with some Falken Edit: 245/40/17 tires. Before the new wheels I was running 8.0 0-60 according to the torque app (who really knows how accurate it is). My new 0-60 time is now 7.2! My old tires were also sticky so its more about the weight difference. Who expected such a big difference. EDIT: They also look great!

The rim sticks out slightly more than the tire. Looks fine but if I went bigger it would rub in the front.

Oh for crying out loud. Now it is perfectly clear why the tire places wanted you to sign waivers before they did the work!

Hope your being sarcastic. That is the proper size for the rims. The shop is the one who told me the size. Here is a link of other people with the same rims and tire size. A 255 would look a bit better but would rub.
