Smoked housing tail lights

Hi,
I am trying to buy these valenti smoked house tail lights(included link below). My question is can anyone tell me if these are road legal in canada or will I end up getting a ticket? It is bright so people can clearly see them at night. Any info is appreciated.

I think to be legal it's supposed to have a red reflector on the sides, but I highly doubt you'll get ticketed over it.

They are not "legal" but whether you get a ticket or not is up in the air. I have run smoked tails for 30 years without a single issue but a buddy got ticketed for them on the way home from the shop an hour after doing it. They do give the cops an excuse to pull you over.
