this is the best handling car you are going to get for 25K, hands down... ive driven a miata, love the way it drives but i have kids, and i do believe the FR-S will preform better, i personally want a wide body kit, coilovers, and 10' wide tires, HANDLE LIKE A BEAST!!!!

What makes you think this car will out handle the Miata. It's lighter, tidier and better balanced. Last edited by SUB-FT86; 02-15-2012 at 12:26 PM. |

Wow glad I stayed away from the subaru kool-aid. Boxer engines apparently are the best engines ever which is why only 2 manufacturers use them, and even with the mighty and superior boxer motor the sti loses to the evo everytime .

this car has a lot of potential, if its already got plenty of grip with low resistance tires, im just imagining with r-comps how well it will stick to the ground... my celica isnt a boxer either but it handles really well, love the way it handles even on its worn out shocks and springs... EDIT: Your point is? im 20 and doing pretty well for myself, work 10-6 monday through friday and make a decent living...

I'll be waiting for at least 3 years for 3 reasons.
1) It will take me 2 more years to finish paying off my Tacoma. 2) Give them time to work out the kinks 3) I want the SC or turbo model and won't consider buying one until that's an option. |

Actually I'm curious to those that mentioned about first year kinks. Can anyone provide an example? I haven't been able to easily find notable examples of first year production problems, especially in recent cars.
I understand that every year, there should be new fixes and patches upon the car. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that the new patches/fixes don't introduce another problem :/ |

there are always more problems with first year vehicles. Usually they aren't critical flaws but going in for recalls all the time is a pain. Also depending on the problem you may end up paying to fix it yourself before a recall is issued. |

And referring to the recall, would you receive a refund or anything if a recall is issued after you had the problem fixed? Or SOL? |
