I understand this line of thinking but I'm not trying to squeeze every tenth of a second out on the streets. For me manuals are still more FUN and engaging.

But I agree with you that it's inevitable. Manuals are a dying breed.

I have accepted that sports cars no longer need a clutch pedal to be fun.
Perhaps. But your post is weird because it's almost like you assume that greater performance = more fun. When you're having fun with your car flying through the twisties, nobody says after that they would have had more fun if only they could have shaved off a few seconds via faster shifting.

My avatar is what I drive for fun. I know about twisties. And I know about driving fun. I am no longer sure that rowing gears manually is necessary to having more fun. I used to be sure of it but I know for a fact that there were a few times on the Tail of the Dragon when I might have had more fun and less pucker if I would have had both hands on the wheel instead one of them reaching for the shift knob to grab the right gear for the situation.

Besides, I am a realist. Clutch pedals will relatively soon be a thing of the past except on old cars. They are becoming as unnecessary as the crank start. Boy, now I miss those. Those were fun.

Truth be told, I never started a car with a crank but my Grandpa did have an old Ford tractor that we started that way. If you did not do it right it could kick back and break your arm. Oh, the memories!

Back on topic: I am not real crazy about the very pronounced leading edge of the rear fenders. In the more recent renders and photos they seem a bit clumsy to me and IMO do not blend well with the flowing lines of the car.
