What power considerations were taken into account with the header design. Or was it more of a basic header for the kit and someone going for a more highly tuned na setup would get one custom fabbed?

Definitely just looking for mid range performance and affordability for a swap header. If you are looking to really max out NA power custom will definitely help. We will dyno test our final product for reference.

I assume you'll be modding the valve cover to move the breather? You certainly don't want it open and facing the firewall like that, K's spew a ton of shit out of that hole, it'll turn the firewall into a oil slick. I understand this is likely way way down on your list of priorities right now, was just a random observation.

Also, if you do have clearance issues with the K24, it should be noted that the deck height of a K20 is 19.5mm shorter than a K24, which is significant. So for others following in your footsteps, this could be important to keep in mind. It could also impact fitment of your header design.

One of the few swaps I am considering in the long term if I don't go FI.

Wouldn't it be easier to plumb in a catch can?

Doesn't look like there's room, obviously perspective is "a thing" - there could be more room than it looks like.

Quick update: A very rough draft of the harness was made and is being turned into something usable, still going to be a few weeks but things are happening!
