LOL wow that must have been quite an experience hopefully that all didn't happen in a twin! makes me very grateful of how patient my cat is heh

The bird dog hunting seagulls at the beach. Never got too close but he didn't quit all day making for a good sleepy boy that night.

Our Coco loves the dog park and we visit often for the same reason...she is a lean 30+ lbs and seeks out the biggest/fastest dog in the lot to run with...tongue flopping out of her mouth...she has a look of pure joy

Our Newfie doing what she does best...

Begging for her nightly ear scratch (our immediately after work activity) then taking a nap under my computer desk. She's stretched out here but she normally balls up underneath that space.

Beautiful Newfie. I was walking my dog yesterday and ran into a WFH neighbor walking his Newfie that likes me and always leans heavily against me. Except he hyper-extended my bad knee I've been working with PT to strengthen and set me back a couple weeks. Gentle giants, so sweet.

Thanks. Ours does the same lean thing as well, as did our previous. Very typical Newfoundland behavior.

Luna is a "non-compliant" newfie in that her coat is brindle. Such a stupid thing to care about from a breed prospective. That's OK though, we didn't adopt her for showing. Her baby picture is earlier in this thread (2013) as is our previous Newfie.

I saw the brindle but mistook it for dust thinking she'd been digging somewhere but should've known better, she's so well groomed.

Yeah, AKC has their confirmation rules. My dog is a pet, not show, quality b/c his back isn't perfectly flat as preferred in the breed standard. Yet his sister was Best of Breed at Westminster and his Sire and Dam are well known in the Finnish Spitz world so we claim bragging rights anyway.

The cat versions of a Newfie dog!

How I spend 95% of the time at my desk at home.

Watching a 75" TV from my couch (yes there is a TV behind them and the pictures were taken 10 minutes apart).

It was much more obvious when she was a pup. From 2013....

Your dog pics look professional! Are you snapping them left and right to get the good ones or just know what to do?
