It was an American ruling that can technically be used in an Ontario civil case but it's not something I would cite as it would take a good lawyer to push it. Threatening legal action doesn't get you too far with dealerships.

I would never take it that far, or want to, in all honesty Belair Scion and McCarthur has been very good to me, from the sale to every visit.

With Ecutek you end up losing the license, and than have to get a new license, not sure if I have to start a new tune either. ah well, ill find out tomorrow, i have faith in these people, i can't praise them enough, it comes down to the company scion not the dealership

For me I'd say 4500+.

I need to bring it in, but I hardly drive the car right now. In the last two weeks It's gone maybe 25km
