Winjet tail light problems

So I noticed a month ago that my right tail light had condensation. I was hoping as the weather got better the problem would go away. But I've noticed the condensation still has not went away. But what makes it even worse is that I think the water killed the lights now a portion of my right tail light doesnt work. Anyone know of a way to fix the condensation and the lighting?

I'd bake them, take them apart, clean the connectors, but I don't know if there's a way to replace those CFL's in there...

The best advice is already given, so I'll furnish some tangential advice..

hoping electrical problems go away is a thing of the past.. If something is not working correctly, with today's tolerances and operations, then much more often than naught the problem will not correct itself if ignored. I recently had a grounding problem with my Tom's tails and switchbacks that caused my right turn signal to stay lit whenever the car was on. Frustrating, and no amount of time fixed it.. turning the polarity around on the right switchback fixed it, though.

Condensation is never good for electronics, no amount of waiting it out will help it. Waiting it out only helps for devices that have been exposed to moisture but NO current going through it. Otherwise you're frying the circuits
