BRZ Blindspot Concerns
Per my experience a few weeks ago at Hermosa Beach, it seems that all the pillars (A, B, C) are HUGE in this car. Additionally, the rear passenger windows might as well not be there because of their dinky size in combination with the large B and C pillars making for very crappy rear visibility.
Any thoughts? |

I'm currently used to driving a 4 door car so I'm spoiled by great visibility. I'm hoping that since this car is so much smaller, I won't really mind the blind spots.

My next car I wanna buy is a classic mustang with louvers instead of backseat windows, lol so I guess I better get used to it anyway, haha.

I reckon that a test drive will be in order for myself. Keen to test the paddle shifting. But this is something that I will keep in mind. thanks for that.

As long as it isn't Camaro level of blindspot. One benefit of the larger side view mirrors. Should help with that.

I thought someone said the side mirrors are actually pretty small in person? One of the people that took pics at a dealership had a shot looking over the left shoulder in the drivers seat, you really can't see anything. I think I'll be forced to change lanes in this car by relying on the side mirror only.

The best way to eliminate a blind spot is to speed up quickly and then do your lane change

Interesting, cause from the pictures I got the impression they are a decently large size. Guess not? |

Your guess is as good as mine. I'm annoyed that I still haven't seen this car in person yet.

Thanks for sharing? Any pics of side view mirrors from driver's seat? Most sports cars are bad, just hope it is less bad than others. |
