I couldn't find that in the rule book where did you find it. I thin I will take the SCCA Solo Technical Manager and your word for it since he is a reliable source.
By the way what is the best front sway bars that you guys are running? I want adjustable since this is a street car but I want to hear everybody's input |

As for sway bars, I installed the Sam Strano bar. |

Strano bar here as well. Most aftermarket bars for this car are too stiff. Strano's the weakest increase over stock on the market, as it needed some front bar but not crazy amount.

Think the Cusco 20mm is actually closest to stock. It needs more.
I run a lot of toe to keep it in line, and it's still too loose. |

Oh really? I know it's smaller than Strano's but is the stiffness lower? What is the percentage? Strano's is 85% over stock.

Edit2: Googling it showed 74% so I guess it is softer than Sam's 85%. I stand corrected.

Des is driving the FR-S, which will likely need more bar than the BRZ due to the spring rates. I plan to start the year on the stock bar and hope to leave it that way. I've already got the catback, Koni's, camber bolts, RPF-1's, and 235 Z2's. Can't wait to get started learning to push it

Perrin 19mm *should* be softer than Strano as well, depending on the setting. I had the massive Hotchkis last year, still deciding what I want this year.

I am running the 20mm Whiteline on the softest setting on an FR-S and I wish it a bit softer. I wanted to reduce rotation and it reduced it a bit more than I would have liked.

Keep in mind that the tire you choose may require a completely different setup (bar, alignment, shock settings) than that of someone running a different tire. When jdrxb9 and I tested ZII's vs. RS-3's on his car without changing setup the balance was significantly different. Obviously BRZ vs. FR-S is also a factor.
