Also, isn't it true that the breather tube is mainly only filled under heavy throttle situations while the crankcase can is more commonly filled during for normal driving conditions?

When I bought the car, the previous owner just had the breather tube hanging, and I never had an issue with it until I had my first track day and I had oil all over the place under my hood.

When it's first started and cold it's dumping water vapor out of that tube as it heats up and boil's the moisture into vapor, in your case into your intake and potentially condensing in the intercooler. Frequent shirt trips?

Completely mixed. During the summer I would drive it to work and back everyday which is like at least a half hour. But if I got to a friends house and things it might be about 10-15 minuets. I would usually let the car warm up before taking off though.

What's a short trip? Like 5 minutes? 15?

Is this the correct part I'd need?

The problem is that even if that microfiber gets soaked, the filter is an oiled filter. There is no way it will let a significant amount of water in unless the filter is submerged in water. My advice would be to switch your Radium catch can to a vented setup and see if this problem goes away. That is really the only place I can see that much water getting in unless you have a serious boost leak and it is getting in through your intercooler piping somewhere.

That is the correct part I need though right?

Here is the Toyota one but I think they are the same:
http://toyotaparts.bochtoyotasouth.c...nsor&position=

And will I have problems with a vented catch cans with emissions, that was really the only reason I went with it. I posted about it a while back and no one seemed to be able to tell me if I'd have problems in Ohio with that.

I'd get a vented FBM can now if I was 100% certain I'd have no issues with emission testing.

I contacted Radium and they said the catch can should catch any water vapor before it get's to the intake.

So with all of this information, here is my plan:

1. I'm going to wrap my air filter with one of those water repellent bags.
2. I will convert my PCV Radium catch can to vent to atmosphere using a small cone filter.

As far as i'm concerned, if I can do both things and they are both relatively cheap, why not.

So my PCV catch can would look something like this instead of recirculating back into the intake.

I would leave your filter alone. The emissions guy is probably not gonna like seeing a vent to atmosphere catch can when he pops your hood. With that being said, just remove it when you go in for emissions testing.

So you are saying I shouldn't worry about bagging my air filter, and go ahead with my plan to vent the PCV catch can and just hide/remove it when I go in for an emission check?
