They are rebranded Eibach's.

So let's just write TRD on our eibach springs and yell at the dealer when they say our warranty is voided

Or just keep the original springs and put them back on if something ever happens and take them to the dealer. They can't void the warranty when it's all stock!

TRD USA springs are made by Eibach. Not sure if these will be rebranded pro-kits are a different type manufactured by Eibach. At least it will be warrantied by Toyota.

Toyota would probably still find a way to deny your warranty claim they'd probably check the black box and say you went to 8500 RPM or something two weeks before they were installed and then deny you.

Sway bars as well? If so they could just rebrand the innovate motorsport supercharger as TRD. (<-sarcasm)

The only denial like that I heard of was the guy being nice as it was an autox car and he didn't write him up on that as reason for denial. Was this really just a lowered DD vehicle?

Not sure about sway bars, but possibly! TRD has had Eibach do a lot of things for them in the past!

Do you have to get Toyota to install these to keep it under warranty? Sorry this might be a noob question.

It all depends on the dealership if they can prove that having an non Toyota employee was the cause of an issue you probably won't be able to make a warranty claim on the suspension , but If you have issues not relating to the suspension and the springs weren't install at a dealership you should be good

I would think so, or Toyota will pull off a "Installer installed it incorrectly" slap to the face when getting warranty work done. I'll be installing the OEM foglight kit to my car and if Toyota says something stupid about it causing damage to my already chirpipng HP Fuel Pump I'll be flipping tables.

In the event they due it's worth a shot to say another dealership did the install and you lost the receipt for the work ...

Yeah that's a good idea. Although I wonder if they would try to prove it and contact the other dealership?
