My guess is the pump install. It can come unseated enough to bleed off volume and go lean under load when demand is high. Seen it happen a million times. O rings, spacers, etc. it's kind of a crappy install procedure with most pumps and trial and error until you find a combo that works well

"O" rings between the pump outlet and the housing. Get new ones that are e85 compatible.

Thanks guys. Ill pick some up and pull my pump to see whats going on when I get a moment. I just got done reading this: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41770 and the associated o-rings. I didnt do the original pump install, I left it for the shop to do when the turbo got installed. So I can not attest as to how it went in.
