As for roll center kits, I don't have one, the joint I use for suspension said there is no requirement for my set up with a 20mm drop (these guys set up suspension for alot of the pointy end cars here in AU).

I've also sucked the brains of many people who track their 86, I've always found spying on the pointy end cars is the best place for what is needed and what isn't.

The majority of cars at the pointy end that only have a mild drop (20mm) didn't have them.

The easy way to find out if it is required is to get under and look/take some measurements.

Money saved from not buying parts that are not required can be better used on parts that are required.

Good engineering practices beats guess work 100% of the time.
